No Personal Touch!  This is for aggressive or intimate in nature. No "psyching" people out to intimidate them. As well, there are no back rubs, snuggling, playing footsie, or hugging.  Hugs are only permitted with permission from staff.

You must shower and brush your teeth daily.  Other hygiene items may vary per person.

What are the daily water requirements?

You must drink 72oz of water daily before 7:30 pm. The first 24oz should be consumed before lunch, the second by dinner, and the third by 7:30 pm.
