God: Eating the fruit = death

Serpent: Eating the fruit = good (you will be like God and God doesn't want that; isn't being like God a good thing?)
How did Adam and Eve feel at the end of Genesis 2?

Genesis 2: they felt no shame
Genesis 3: they were ashamed
What happens when a man leave his mother and father?
To be united with his wife -- they become one flesh
one flesh = to never separate, to reproduce
After Adam and Eve ate the apple, what happened to their eyes?
Their eyes were opened and they realized they were naked > covered themselves
Why did God punish the serpent, Adam, and Eve?
Because God is righteous father.
For every action there is a consequence.
The woman is a helper of the man.
How should a man treat his partner?
How did Adam and Eve react when God asked them about what they did?
They blamed each other and the serpent, instead of themselves.
Why didn't Adam and Eve die?
This life's death

Eternal death (result of sin)
Adam and Eve didn't die right away. But they will, because of the wages of sin.
