What is structural violence
Institutionalized elitism, ethnocentrism, classism, racism, sexism, adultism, nationalism, heterosexism and ageism are some examples of structural violence. Structural violence can then lead to direct violence like family violence, racial violence, hate crimes, terrorism, genocide, and war.
