How did the Columbian Exchange impact the New World and Old World?
The New World saw disease destroy Native populations, new migrations of Europeans and African slaves, new animals (horses, cows, pigs), new foods and crops like wheat and sugar.
The Old World got new foods (potato) to increase health and population, syphilis spread, access to raw materials (gold,silver), cash crops like tobacco.
The process of the world becoming more connected, especially economically.
