Response to: HCGED order isn’t working for West. We can order but cannot result. It will site it for Lake Nona. I tried changing my site but was still unable to result it. HCGED should require a result of serum or urine and reflex the correct test. this should be live everywhere in the division.
What is: The HCG order you order looking for is HCGQLED in Expanse. It may work slightly different than how you had it in Magic, however it is an Expanse Standard that was approved through the governance process?

Note: Printing slowness could be a sign of a larger issue with the servers. The tech team will likely continue to reach out to you for updates to timing of the routine so plan to time it daily until resolved.
