assemble all supplies, place child on diaper table, put on gloves, remove soiled diaper and dispose or put to the side on the changing paper, wipe child front to back, dispose of diaper, wipes and gloves in trash, wipe your hands and child's with glove, apply ointment if necessary using a clean glove or tissue, put clean diaper on child, remove child from table, wash your hands and child's hands, return extra supplies, discard soiled paper, sanitize table using correct process, wash your hands, replace changing paper, document diaper
