False. A query exported to Excel or another software is not acceptable. A company payroll register, query from the payroll system or screen shots from the payroll system are acceptable.

Yes.  However, you have 60 days to work with the State to clear the obligation

What document(s) can the BSS use to answer an employer's questions regarding an issued check?

1.The Invoice submitted to Fiscal has a detailed Summary page that lists the Trainees and the Training classes reimbursed. 2.The Summary of Trainings reflects when a payment is made. It shows the Check amount, date issued and the check number. 3.The Fiscal department can print a General Ledger for the Company that shows all Payments made. As a best practice, the General Ledger will get printed at close out.
