When addressing the ball, the player accidentally hits the ball with her foot. What is the proper procedure?
The player occurs a 1-stroke penalty, replaces the ball, and plays from that spot.
What color stakes define a lateral hazard? What color defines a Regular hazard ?
Lateral=Red Regular= Yellow.
A player tees off, and is uncertain whether or not the ball went out of bounds or in a hazard. What is the proper procedure? What must the player declare to playing partners?
The player must declare she is playing a "provisional ball." If a ball is played without being declared as "provisional," then that ball becomes the ball in play.
A ball is touching the out of bounds line. What is the proper penalty/procedure?
No penalty. The ball is still considered to be in play and must be played as it lies.

If my ball is blocking another player's ball from the hole, what should I do?
I should tap the ball into the hole. If not, I must put a coin behind the ball so that the player can play his/her shot.
You hit your ball into a water hazard, what are your options?
I have three options: 1) Play the ball, 2) Replay from my last spot and take a 2 stroke penalty, and 3) Go backwards from where my ball crossed the hazard line and drop anywhere on that line.

A player hit a ball and it comes to rest against a white out of bounds stake, what is the penalty/procedure?
No penalty, the ball is still in play and must be played as it lies. The out of bounds stake may not be moved. Man-made objects/obstructions may only be moved if they are not out of bounds markers.
If my playing partner accidently hits my golf ball instead of his own, what should I do? is there any penalty?
Inform the player that they have hit the wrong golf ball. That player will incur a 2-stroke penalty and then play from the correct ball. I will replace my ball as close as possible to the orignal spot and play from there.
A ball marker is moved, by player A, out of the line of player B's putt. Player forgets to replace the marker, and plays the ball from that spot. What is the penalty/procedure?
Player A incurs a one stroke penalty, and must replace the ball to the original spot, and replay the shot.
If my ball is inside the hazard line, but not in the water, is it considered to be in the water hazard?
Yes

Your drive is headed for the out of bounds, you play a provisional ball but then you end up finding your first ball, what happens now?

There is no penalty for hitting another player, but you must play the ball where it lies.
