Each Load: Verify cycle conditions via autoclave printout and instrument panel
Monthly: Utilize spore strip indicator

3. Decon out of hood if in use.

Vacate the room, keep your PAPR on, and leave BSL3 through CA. Doff gloves and 2nd lab coat as you leave. Go through CA into the first aid room. Finish doffing there and wash hands before evacuating. At this time, all of R wing will be evacuated.
What happens if indicator fails?
If an indicator fails for any reason:
-Latch up the container
-Notify lead or supervisor
-Return the container back to the originating lab
-Place inside a BSC and check to see what may of caused the failure
-Place a new indicator in the container and reautoclave
