We need to get to know our customer! We should take pride on our customer service and how warm + welcoming we are. Discovery questions are a crucial part of knowing why our customers are in the store and what they are looking for.

How do you process an IA?
- complete IA in RFS *make sure you copy the IA number at the end
- go to shopify and create a gift card with the correct amount, customer inforamation + IA number in notes section
- send gc to customer and have then access through email, we will then complete a transaction through POS as normal + scan or input gc code

What should I do if a customer comes in asking to get a replacement for the necklace they lost?
- first ask some questions and assess the situation.
- if it was lost due to a quality issue, we can help. If it was lost due to a customer misplacing we can explain that we are more than happy to help them repurchase the missing piece.
- If lost due to quality issue, submit an Asana form + gather customer information so we can contact them when/if it gets approved.
- The best way to keep track of these is to input the customer into our "Customer Approvals" sheet so it's a seamless process. Make sure to fully follow through with this request and ensure that you are checking the sheet to see when it gets approved so you can immediately inform the customer :)
