Unruly is when a juvenile does something that would not be considered a crime if an adult committed. Truancy, breaking curfew, possession of alcohol

Right to an attorney, right to have a parent or guardian present, right not to have their names or photographs made public, right to two phone calls (parent and attorney), right to not self-incriminate, right not to be placed with adult offenders, and right for parents to be contacted immediately.
