1. Data entry attempts to enter data from RedCap into SPARS.
2. When an error is found, data entry gathers return/access codes and updates excel sheet with reason for error.
3. Gina sends error email to partner.
4. Partner has 24 hours to correct and respond "Corrected" to the email.
5. Gina sends notice of correction to Erin, who attempts to enter the corrected data into SPARS.
*If more errors are found, wash/rinse/repeat. SPARS does not keep the partial GPRA entry attempt, it must be re-entered every time there is a new correction completed.
This is the form to collect all possible contact information from the client.
