What are the risks of mixing alcohol and energy drinks?
Alcohol is a depressant and energy drinks are a stimulant, so mixing them increases the chances of alcohol overdose. Because the effects of the energy drink mask the effects of the alcohol, it leads to feeling less drunk and more alert which could lead to drinking more than your body can process.
