What’s the difference between being nice and being kind?
Kindness is more than being nice. It’s bringing action to being nice, whereas nice doesn’t need action.
What is Tahara? Is it only physical?
Tahara means cleanliness. It is both physical and spiritual cleansing. Wudu and ghusul are physical (also spiritual) Tahara of the body. Paying zakaat is Tahara of our money.
What path should Muslims be on? Where will it lead to?
Muslims should be on the right path which is also a balanced path and the straight path. It will lead us to Jannah (inshAllah).
What does Sabr mean?
Sabr means both patience and perseverance.
What are Jinns made of?
Jinns are made of a smokeless fire.
What is Tawbah?
Tawbah is asking for forgiveness from Allah (swt), promising not to do it again, and stopping the sin.
What is Tayammum? When is it performed?
Tayammum is a dry wudu by dry soil, dust, drywall etc. It can ONLY be performed if absolutely necessary
When can a man and woman start a family in Islam?
A man and a woman can start a family when they’re married.

Patience: waiting to see a difficult or bad situation get better.
Perseverance: when you need to work hard to change a situation or something and make it better.
Are all Jinn bad? What do we call the Jinn that disobey Allah (swt) .
Not all jinn are bad, some even served prophets. The bad jinns are called Shayatin.
When do you say “Astaghfiru-Allah”? What does it mean?
When you’re making Tawbah, you say Astaghfiru-Allah. It means “I ask forgiveness from Allah (swt)”.
Why is fasting a form of Tahara?
Fasting is a form of spiritual Tahara because it cleanses us from the sins and forces us to do more good deeds and avoid bad deeds (such as using bad language).
What are some values Muslim families should have?
They should be close, they should share, and they should respect and love each other.
What does Punctuality mean?
Punctuality means doing things on time.
How are Jinn similar to humans?
Jinns have intelligence (they can think for themselves) and they have the freedom to choose between right and wrong.
What is the one sin Allah (swt) does not forgive?
Shirk which is believing in more than one god and worshipping other gods or objects (such as idols).
How can we purify our extra money?
You can purify your extra money by paying Zakaat.
What does the word “convert/revert” mean?
Someone who accepted Islam later in life rather than being born into it.
What two Pillars of Islam require punctuality?
Salah (prayer) and Sawm (fasting) are the two pillars that require punctuality.
What did Iblis refuse to do that got him banished from Jannah?
When Allah (swt) created Adam (A), Iblis disobeyed Allah (swt) and refused to bow down to Adam (A) because he was arrogant and he thought he was better than a human made of clay because he was made of fire.
What will be used on the Day of Judgment to measure our good and bad deeds?
A balance (also called a scale) will be used to weigh our good and bad deeds.
