What is the Gospel?
The last part of the Mass in which we are blessed and sent forth to be Christ's servants in the world and to love others as he has loved us.
What is Concluding Rites?
The response to the Concluding Rites when the priest says, "The Lord be with you".
What is "And with your spirit"?
The person that has a special role in proclaiming the Gospel and preaching. Assists at the altar and leads the assembly in certain prayers.
What is a deacon?
To announce something loudly, clearly, and from the heart.
What is proclaim?
We pray for the needs of all God's people.
What is the Prayer of the Faithful?
The part of the Eucharistic Prayer when, by the power of the Holy Spirit and through the words and actions of the priest, the bread and wine become the Body and Blood of Christ.
What is Consecration?
The response to the season or priest announcing, " Go forth, the Mass is ended".
Responsible for all the sacred vessels and objects used during the Mass. Prepares the chalices, containers of wine and water, candles, and cloths and vestments.

This reading is usually from the Old Testament. We hear of God's love and mercy for his people before the time of Christ.
