I need to calm myself down, and get my brain to a level 1 or 2 on my scale.
How do we say no to a friend?
Use our words: “No thank you” or “I don`t want to”.
Use actions: Shake your head, put your hand up to say stop.
Walk away: If a friend keeps asking you to do something you don`t want to, you can walk away.
Tell an adult: If a friend won`t stop, ask an adult for help.
