What is an action verb?
It tells what the subject does or did it also tells about actions that we cannot see.
What is a linking verb?
A linking verb connects/links the subject of a sentence to a noun, pronoun, or an adjective in the predicate.
What is a helping verb?
It helps the main verb show an action. Together the main verb and the helping verb form a verb phrase.
What are irregular verbs?
They are verbs that do not add "-ed" to form the past tense.
