The Soul
God made us with these two parts. One physical and the other spiritual.
What is body and soul?
The mother of God.
Who is Blessed Mary?
Emotion, Intellect, and Will.
What are the (3)abilities of the soul?
The part of us that is not material and immortal. With three particular abilities; emotion, will, and Intellect.
What is the soul?
The ability attached to this is the ability to Choose.
What is the Will?
The moral virtue that us to use our gift of sexuality in a way that respects who God has made us to be so that we are made with integrity and self control.
What is Chastity?
The ability attached to this is the ability to reason or think.
What is the Intellect?
A prayer that repeatedly asks a saint to pray for us, or repeatedly asks God to have mercy on us. What makes a it unique is that the prayer request is different every time. Each time we call the saint or God by a different name.
What is a Litany?
These are feelings. They are responses of the body and the soul to some experience of the senses. They are neither good or bad until they are acted upon.
What are emotions?
The voice of God in our hearts. It is the gift God gave human beings to be able to use reason in order to judge right and wrong.
