We do A LOT of group work. What does that look like when I give you the 'go' for group work assignment?
Each person gets to share ideas and do some of the work, stay on task, follow expectations, and do the assignment to the best of your ability

What do you do if somebody in your group will not share their idea?
Give them some wait time to think about their idea, ask nicely for them to share, skip them and go back to them after. (They HAVE to share to follow expectations)
What if you and somebody in your group is not getting along?
Talk through it, figure out how to move on from it and figure out priorities, working together is part of life.. answers vary!
If I ask you to talk with your group about an answer or some kind of learning.. What does that process look like?
Choose somebody to start sharing first, each person gets to share their ideas, then you talk about something else on task or reflections on your answers.
What could you do if somebody is distracting you or not following expectations?
Ignore them, ask them to follow expectations, ask to move to another seat.. Answers will vary!
