Management team
Group incentives also help out the management team by having that option to reward their employees. This gives the management team and their employees a stronger connection with each other and makes the employee work harder to accomplish their goals.
Shareholders
Although the shareholders aren’t always involved in the everyday running of the business, group incentives could benefit them greatly. If the group incentives are used correctly, the production of the organization should go up which in turn helps benefit the shareholders that are involved with the company
