 Remember: you do not have a time machine and cannot go back so focus on what you will do in the future differently

If someone is being mean to you or triggering you, how can you reframe it in your head and not take it personally? 

Remember that chances are that they are mad that something else happened in their life that day that made them upset such as getting into a fight with their parents, being mad that they are at school or maybe they are just hangry (hunger/angry), but none of those issues have to deal with you! So do not let them to control your emotions.
