There is a registration hold placed for future semesters until current short term loan is paid off.

A student has a short term loan from Winter semester that they have not fully paid off yet. Can they take out another short term loan for Spring term?
No. You can not take out an additional short term loan until all previous are paid off.
What is different about part time students refunds? Why?
They will not be issued until after the add/drop deadline. Because adding additional credit hours before the add/drop deadline may increase your tuition charges which would affect the amount of your refund.
When we have a person call in that has a charge in collections what are the steps that we need to do?
If an international student wants to access their international deposit funds what do they have to do? What limit do they have?
They need to meet with the Dean of Students Office. They can not access more than $3,000 of their deposit before the semester they graduate.
