What is the difference between promotions and SL? How are they similar?

SL helps with ToF ---> increasing impressions, driving traffic to the menu.

Promos help with BoF ----> also driving traffic to the menu from offers hub, but more importantly, enticing them to convert to an order with a discount incentive.

Both increase visibility on the platform and push customers to the Mx's menu. Both are a form of advertisement that is only charged when the Mx actually receives an order from the Cx.

Storefront is our online ordering solution that allows Mxs to offer online delivery/pu directly to their customers

Benefits - 0% commission, direct 2 consumer, use as they see fit (on social, website, google, or however they would like to use this link), own branding, DoorDash industry-leading API, great menu for increased conversion and ticket sizes [photos, modifiers, suggested add-ons], etc...

You notice that a Mx's SL campaign has very few redemptions but a ton of impressions/clicks. 1. Is the campaign working as intended? 2. What is this telling us?

The campaign is working - it's doing its job to drive traffic to the menu. SL is a ToF product.

Customers are getting to the menu and then not converting (mx is not charged unless cx converts). This tells us we need to look at menu optimization/photos + add a promotion to entice customers to actually convert.
