Equipment usually starts on the side, spins in the 45 plane.
What is a 45 toss?
The metal bit on top of the rifle, directly in the middle.
What is the bolt?
To have one leg lifted and bent in a triangle shape against the other leg.
What is a passé?
Typically made of a thick wooden dowel and silk with tape markings.
What is a short flag?
A series of movements done by rotating the wrist while not changing the hand position.
What are flourishes?
Slide hand up pole, release equipment with hands clapping together in the air, 3 count toss.
What is a prayer toss?
The metal piece that holds the entire sabre together.

To point your foot outwards from your body, keeping your ankle facing out.

Fabric fitting over arms of an individual to give the illusion of flight.
