A Bad Case of Stripes: Camilla Cream loved lima beans, but she never ate them. One day, she woke up with stripes all over her body. She went to the doctor, and the doctors tried different cures, but none worked. Eventually, Camilla admitted she liked lima beans and was instantly cured.

The sun did not shine. It was too wet to play, so we sat in the house all that day. Then the Cat in the Hat came to our door! He was wearing a blue hat and promised us a lot of fun, including balancing cake on my head!

The Three Little Pigs : The first little pig built his house of straw, the second of sticks, and the third of bricks. The wolf huffed and puffed and blew down the house of straw and the house of sticks. The third pig's house was also blown down by the wolf

Chicka chicka boom boom! Will there be enough room? A told B, and B told C, "I'll meet you at the coconut tree!" All the letters made it safe and sound. No one fell when they hit the ground.

One fish, two fish, red fish, blue fish,

Goldilocks and the Three Bears: Goldilocks wandered into the bears' house and tried the porridge. The first bowl was too hot, the second too cold, but the third was just right. Then, she tried the chairs and the beds. She chose the biggest bed, which was just right. She took a nap and woke up to find the bears happy to see her.

Mary Had a Little Lamb: Mary had a little lamb, its fleece was white as snow. And everywhere that Mary went, the lamb was sure to go. It followed her to school one day, which was not against the rule.

The Day the Crayons Quit: Duncan was very surprised when he went to take out his crayons and found letters from all of them! Red was tired of coloring fire engines and Valentine's Day hearts. Black wanted to be used for outlines. Blue was happy with his job, but Green was mad that Yellow and Orange were fighting. Duncan listened to all the crayons and colored a picture of a sad picture.

Green Eggs and Ham: I do so like green eggs and ham! I like them, Sam-I-Am! I would eat them in a boat. I would eat them with a goat. I will not eat them on a train. I will not eat them in the rain.

If You Give a Mouse a Cookie: If you give a mouse a cookie, he's going to ask for a glass of milk. When he's finished drinking the milk, he'll look in the mirror to make sure he doesn't have a milk mustache. He then gets a toothbrush.

Jack and Jill went up the hill to fetch a pail of water. Jack fell down and broke his crown, and Jill came tumbling after. Jack got up and didn't cry at all, because he is very tough!

Corduroy, the bear so sweet, Searched for a button, oh so neat. He looked on shelves, he looked around, A perfect button he never found.

In the land, where the brown Bar-ba-loots play, There's the Lorax who speaks for the trees, they say. He stood against the Once-ler's greed, Planting Truffula seeds, a hopeful deed. The Once-ler never regretted his choices at all.He kept on chopping, ignoring the Lorax's call.

The Very Hungry Caterpillar: The very hungry caterpillar ate through a green leaf. Then, on Monday, he ate through one apple, but he was not still hungry. He ate through a pear, and then a plum, and then a strawberry. Finally, he built a small house called a cocoon.

Strega Nona, wise and old, Had a pot of pasta, I am told. Bambolona disobeyed her rule, Pasta filled the town and school. Everyone loved the pasta so much. They ate it all up with a loving touch.

Horton Hears a Who!
Horton the elephant, big and grand, Heard a Who, held it in his hand. He saved Whoville, small and unseen, Nobody thought he was a bean!

The Rainbow Fish: The Rainbow Fish was a beautiful fish with shimmering scales. All the other fish wanted to play with him, but he loved sharing his scales. He gave away all of his shimmering scales and became a plain, normal fish. Then, he was very happy.
