What is kindness?
Kindness is the voluntary act of being friendly and generous toward others and oneself without expecting anything in return. It involves empathy, compassion, and taking action to support, include, or help others, which strengthens relationships and fosters a positive community.
What is bullying?
Bullying is unwanted, aggressive, and repetitive behavior involving a real or perceived power imbalance, intended to cause physical or emotional harm.
What is responsibility?
Responsibility is the ability to take ownership of one’s own words, actions, and tasks, acknowledging mistakes, and understanding that choices influence outcomes. It involves reliability in fulfilling roles, practicing accountability, and making constructive decisions that consider ethical standards, safety, and consequences.
What is self awareness?
Self awareness is the ability to recognize one's own emotions, thoughts, and understand how they personally feel.
For example, knowing why something makes you sad, mad, etc...
What are social skills?
Social skills are verbal and nonverbal abilities - such as communication, empathy, and active listening skills. These social skills help us talk to peers, friends, and help us build relationships.
