Sadly, Orpheus becomes paranoid, and he turns around. Eurydice is immediately sucked back to Tartarus.

Aphrodite punished him by making him fall in love with his own reflection in the water. Eventually, he withered away as well

He returns home, and he fights well in battles. However, he still plays his sad songs. Eventually, Dionysus and his friends grow sick of the constant sadness, and they murder him in a drunken rage.
