Awful experience. We were told that food's going to take 30 mins so we're like yeah that's fine. After 45 mins my partner's food arrives, and the server asks if I ordered anything and I said yes. She went back and brought the wrong food so I told her that I did not order the eggs Benedict. Now we wait for another 10 mins for them to make my food which is the haloumi bowl. We're so hungry and my partner's food is now cold. My food finally arrives, and its missing fresh avo and the tomato relish. I had to call the server and ask for it. Food wasn't that great as it looked like it was made in a rush. Haloumi pieces were so hard. The veggie patty was really oily. The server was apologetic and she offered free drinks but we're not really feeling it because we already finished our drinks and we're already full. There's also no table water which should be a standard. I also did not finish my food coz it was really bad, I did enjoy the fried eggs though. This was Saturday morning but the place wasn't full at all. They gave us 20% discount which is $5 for the inconvenience and for making us wait for an hour

Very disappointing. The chips were at best warm with little to no seasoning. We have tried two different store locations, and they have both been disappointing. The food we had today was disgusting and at this point I am not motivated to return. This has been unfortunately more than one occasion for us. Can't believe how the staff keep getting away with continually opening late. The doors have never been opened at 9.30am, always after, but at 5.30pm, all of a sudden it seems the staff come alive, busy closing down the computers (when the computers are actually working) . Closing time is 6.00. So many staff wandering around yet people are always lined up at desk for service/printing etc. Someone really needs to look at this complete waste of money and cut out excess staff.
