Foil
A literary character who makes a judgment error leading to their downfall
tragic hero
The repetition of the same sound at the start of words.
alliteration
Literature meant to be performed live e.g. a play for theater, radio, or television.
drama
An indirect reference to something, specifically a well known work of art, music, history, or literature.
allusion
A serious drama with a sorrowful or disastrous conclusion
tragedy
Unrhymed iambic pentameter.
blank verse
A play, film, or book intended to be humorous.
