By using makeup woman change their appearance, thus one reason why "Women are the cause of sin."
"You should not have believed me, for virtue cannot so our old stock but we shall relish of it. I loved you not" (pg.131)
This is basically a turning point for the relationship between Hamlet and Ophelia after having had a dispute with his Mother, Hamlet is filled with hatred for women and thus resulting in his rant towards Ophelia making it seem as though women are the cause of sin. He denies any feelings he had for her which only contributes to her becoming mad, leading onto her suicide.

"And I'll be placed, so please you, in the ear of all their conference" (pg.135)
As Claudius and Polonius talk about what they had just heard from Hamlets discussion with Ophelia, they agree to have Polonius spy on the planned conversation between the queen and Hamlet, which goes awry resulting in Polonius's death.
"Heavenly powers, restore him!"
OPHELIA!
"Love? His affections do not that way tend; Nor what he spake, though it lacked from a little, was not like madness. There's something in his soul O'er which his melancholy sits on brood..." (pg 133)
Claudius is meaning that Hamlets actions represented the opposite of love. It wasn't madness because he acted differently almost as if out of spite, Hamlets deeds were motivated by the immense melancholy he felt.
"Go thee to a nunnery. Why wouldst thou be a breeder of sinners?" (pg.131)
By Hamlet repeatedly telling Ophelia to go to a "nunnery" he contributes to the many reasons of which Ophelia goes mad, purposely trying to make her feel like a great evil in the world, referencing that "women are the cause of sin in men."

"Good gentlemen, give him a further edge and drive his purpose into these delight" (pg.125)
Claudius essentially brings Rosencrantz and Guildenstern into play by using them to attain knowledge about Hamlets true intentions and motives. By using Hamlets "friends" he plans to gather information upon Hamlets next move.
"There's something in his soul O'er which his melancholy sits on brood, And I do doubt the hatch and the disclose will be some danger; which to prevent, I have in quick determination"
CLAUDIOUS!
"I am very proud, revengeful, ambitious, with more of-fenses at my beck than I have thoughts to put them in, imagination to give them shape, or time to act them in, What should fellows do crawling between earth and heaven? " (pg 131)
Hamlet's troubling situation, being motivated by the appearance of his dead father, overwhelmed with both pain and thoughts of cruelty specially after all that has happened he has not room to think of nothing else but vengeance, not enough time to act it out or put it all together, wonders what someone lost in the midst of it all should do.
O, what a noble mind is here o'erthrown! The courtier's, soldier's, scholar's, eye, tongue, sword..." (pg.133)
This contributes to the story because Hamlets main plan was to cause everyone to think hes gone mad, Ophelias reaction reveals the impact of Hamlets deeds and Words, also contributing to Ophelias downfall later on in the story.
"I have in quick determination thus set it down: he shall with speed to England for the demand of our neglected tribute." (pg. 135)
After overhearing Hamlets discussion with Ophelia, Claudius believes whats best to resolve the issue once and for all, is to send Hamlet away to England to kill him which does go awry because Rosencrantz and Guildenstern die, all leading one step closer to the death of all in the kingdom.
"That your good beauties be the happy cause of Hamlets wildness. So shall I hope your virtues will bring him to his wonted way again, To both your honors."

Or if thou wilt needs marry, marry a fool, for wise men know well enough what monsters you make of them. To a nunnery, go, and quickly too" (pg 133)
Hamlet is meaning to say if Ophelia ever does marry someone, that she should marry a "fool" because someone of knowledge knows better than to marry a Woman who is the basis of sin in the world.

Critical to the development of the story, Claudius has seen how mad Hamlet has gone which means that he poses a potential threat by exposing his part in the death of the former king. By suggesting to send Hamlet away his purpose is to resolve the issue by simply killing him.
"You should have not believed me... I loved you not" (pg.131)
The purpose of this line from Hamlet was to project his own feelings about his mother towards Ophelia in other words he was expressing his hatred over his mother remarrying. He was already hurting his break up only caused more pain, thus he wanted to hurt Ophelia in any possible way.
