"[Polonius is] in heaven. Send thither to see. If your messenger find him not there, seek him i'th'other place yourself." - Prince Hamlet
Hamlet is implying that Claudius would not be able to get into heaven. He is also referencing Claudius's lack of emotions when it comes to murder, that he would simply "send a messenger to heaven" (by killing him). By saying that Claudius should seek Polonius in hell, Hamlet makes it known that he would be happy should Claudius die.
