What is False? All students must be in class or off-campus by 3:22 pm. If you are waiting for a ride, wait outside near the flagpole/front office or near the west parking lot pick up. You may use the phone in the office to make a phone call.
True or False: I can miss as many days from school as I need to, as long as they are excused.
FALSE. New Mexico Compulsory Attendance Law states students may miss no more than 10 school days a year regardless if they are excused, or unexcused. That breaks down to no more than 5/semester, or 2 &1/2 days every grading period. Attendance is IMPORTANT! Come to school every day!

True! Sort-of! You don't have to do work THAT day, but you do need to talk to your teacher/check google classroom and turn in work when you return. You have 1 day to complete work for every day you are absent. Make sure your parents call the attendance line to report your absence!
True or False? I cannot miss an art class within 2 weeks of performance.
True! Attendance in arts classes is crucial. You could be removed from the performance and/or suffer a failing grade. Be sure to bring in a doctor's note if you must miss!
