WHO IS CASE MANAGEMENT?

The expectations of all participants are to treat all persons with dignity and respect. This includes participants, volunteers, staff and community members.
What is expected of me?
This criterion is meeting the basic treatment requirements for 90 days such as being on time for groups and participation, completing chores and homework, no contracts, maintaining sponsorship and attending meetings, and attending treatment team for approval.
What is the step-down criteria?
Things that could lead to an unsuccessful discharge. (Identify at least 2).

These things include meeting all basic treatment requirements for about 180 days that includes building a recovery network, sponsorship, maintained sobriety; aftercare plan, remain stable with medications if applicable and met your treatment goals.
What is being medically/psychologically unstable, prolonged incarceration, violation of non-negotiables, continued rule violations despite intensive interventions, inability to maintain sobriety at this level of treatment after intensive and numerous interventions?
What is a successful discharge?
This happens during a 24-hour pass or longer and must be in person. It requires it being stamped or signed to show attendance at the desired (AA, NA, Celebrate Recovery, Codependency, etc.).
