General Fund is where the overall campus budget is found. The process begins with a requisition, then a PO is converted after all have approved, finally the board approves and then payment can be made to the vendor.

Complete district form to be approved by campus director and deputy superintendent.
Is participating in CTSO activities part of the TLE evaluation criteria for instructors?
Yes, this is a part of the criteria on each instructors TLE evaluation.
Should interior and exteriors doors be propped open during class times? What should you do if you see a door propped?
No. No propped doors are allowed during class time. Remove the item from the area, do not just kick it to the side for someone else to prop the door.

1. Meeting and minutes listing exactly what you are doing 2. Request for Activity Fund PO with minutes attached to AF Clerk for proofing. 3. Director signature for final approval prior to any purchases.
If an accident/incident occurs in your classroom and/or on campus, list the steps taken to comply.
1. Access the situation and take care of immediate needs of student, staff member and/or patron. 2. Notify Director or Designee if Director is out, Health Instructors for assistance 3. Final step is to complete the Accident/Incident Report

EOP Emergency Operations Plan, Instructors should have a roster, charged radio, be familiar with area to go in the event of an emergency. ie. Tornado, Active Shooter, Fire
