What is ER?
No matter how much is on an exam, my study strategy has always been this. I thrive on the day-before-an-exam rush - and it is somehow highly effective for me. Some may consider this a weakness, but my grades have proven otherwise. (Time management is not one of my strong suits, still)
What is cramming?
My favorite service well-care I have taken part in all 5 years at Belmont involves sneaking shelter dogs into my house for sleepovers. You can also sign for for doggy dates at the Nashville _______ (4 letter organization).
What is the SPCA?
During my sophomore year, I leaned into this hobby, turning my tall hall apartment into an art gallery.
What is painting?
I started my second college job my sophomore year, working at the Green Hills Mall. I worked at a children's clothing store next to the adult version on the first floor, and let all my friends use my employee discount.
What is Abercrombie Kids?
This was the first class I ever failed an exam in. It was the endocrine unit, and I bawled my eyes out.
What is A&P 2?
Despite getting horrible grades in high school, I have made this list every semester of college. From Ds and Cs to As and Bs.
What is the Dean's List?
The first 100+ times I gave an IM injection took place at this annual on-campus event. None of the patrons had any idea that I had no clue what I was doing.

During my junior year, I discovered this "old lady" hobby involving a hook and yarn.
What is crocheting?
During my junior year, my roommates and I worked at this now-permanently-closed Nashville Chicken Joint, mixing moonshine cocktails and serving dump trucks o' wings. It was a family friendly establishment, despite its name.

During my junior year I took a break from nursing school and was this type of majorless-major, most common among freshmen.

On my only study abroad experience at Belmont, I went to this European country known for its kilts, bagpipes, and cows! It was one of the highlights of my 5 years here.

During my junior year, my roommate woke me up and dragged me downtown on a weekday morning to wait in line for several hours for free tickets to see this country music artist (we were successful).

During my junior year, I took up my first active hobby, and made my way 13.1 miles around the city.

The summer after my junior year, I got my first job in a hospital working as a care partner at this Children's Hospital.

I took my first hospital job solely because it was the only PRN job on Indeed, but I fell in love with this patient population because of it.
My advisor in the ICON is one of my favorite people. She is known for pharmacology and bringing snacks to every class.
