Yes. Make sure the RTO (Request Time Off) Is highlighted in the body of the email if they have any at the top of the submittal.

Relias assessments expire after 1 year and we cannot use Assessments you have completed for another Company.

What form of ID's does your talent need to work at Prolink?
We need a Passport OR Driver License AND Social Security Card OR Driver License AND Birth Certificate. There are multiple different forms of ID they can provide those are just the most commonly provided.
Work primarily in lab setting and are not patient facing. Perform diagnostic testing of blood and body fluids, evaluate test results and log data.
