They are waiting for Hagrid who has Harry. They are planning to leave him with the Dursley's. They are the only family he has left. They do not like the idea of leaving him with the Dursley's because they are not a kind family.
What kind of suspicious things has happened to Harry? What happens at the zoo?
His hair grows back overnight. One of Dudley's sweaters they gave him shrunk so he couldn't wear it. When Dudley and his friends were chasing Harry, he was suddenly on top of the roof of the school. At the zoo, Harry can talk to the snake and then the glass to his enclosure disappears and the snake escapes.
