I understand that ________, but there will never be a day you wake up and high five your spouse and say "today is the day we get a free (W/R/S) estimate". Unfortunately most people wait until water has already infiltrated the home, that's why I know most of your neighbors are taking advantage of the estimate now, that way they can plan ahead for the future instead of being on mother nature's terms.
