$100,000 liability coverage is required for ALL residents. We offer coverage through Assurant, but students are more than welcome to use a 3rd party.
What is the MAX amount of time a NEW lead can go without being contacted?
24 hours! ALL new leads should be contacted ASAP! If you assign yourself as an "agent" you should be the person making the phone call.
