Where you can check the status of reimbursement for towing ?

Checking Reimbursement Status 

  • Confirm the receipt is on file and legible (if not on file or legible, please have the member resend the receipt) 

  • If it has not been 2 weeks since the receipt was received, advise the member that their request is currently being reviewed. 


    • There will be a MISC in Drivetrain open to the Roadside Team. If the receipt is on file and there is no open MISC, please send a Roadside pass in Salesforce. 

  • If there are notes (stopped TOWR or MISC) in the file advising of approval or denial, please handle the call accordingly. 

  • If is has been 2+ weeks, the receipt is on file, and there are NO notes in the files, please send a Roadside pass in Salesforce. 

  • We must wait 30 days from the time the check has was mailed before requesting a reissue. It if has been 30 days since the check was mailed, please confirm the best mailing address and send a Roadside pass in Salesforce.
