If MPC is low what are some solutions to improve this metric?

Solutions:

 Review Listen360 for member feedback based on the "product,”, as well as individual coach performance

 Adjust class times to ensure they’re appropriate for the trade area and member demographic

 Strategically schedule specialty classes (Tornado’s, 90-minutes, etc.) and member workshops to drive utilization and build community  Ensure you have the right coaches scheduled to teach at the times that can impact the studio and when most members attend

 Pre-booking- is the studio setting the expectation of a reservation-based system, set the culture early and encourage the behavior for new and active members

 Conduct performance reviews on coaches to ensure classes exceed expectations (informal and formal reviews)

 Host continuing education workshops for coaches to develop product knowledge and skills – ensuring a consistent member experience

 Hold coaches accountable to maintaining workout traffic in their classes - one of their "roles" is to generate frequency by delivering a consistently stellar fitness experience and promoting the fitness experience (both in and out of the studio)

 Review studio workout traffic during weekly studio leadership meetings, review each coach’s class workout traffic in relation to the number of classes they coach and the expected minimum number of members per class o At Point of Sale (P.O.S), pre-booking should be required as part of onboarding for new members, focus on creating accountability by booking initial sessions based on membership type

 Basic (4 sessions, one per week for 1st month)

 Elite (8 sessions, 2 per week for 1st two weeks to create a routine / habit)

 Premier (3-4 sessions for their first week minimum)

 Packages (view as a premier member, 3-4 sessions for their first week minimum) o Is the pre-booking signup sheet deployed at the front desk? Are sales staff actively asking members to pre-book for upcoming classes as they wait in the lobby? o Are Coaches making announcements after every class as well as specifically requesting those members to pre-book for the next reoccurrence of their own class?

Consistently review the ‘Last Visit’ and DOMO 'At-/High-Risk' reports as they identify Dues Paying Members that have not used the studio in at least two weeks. Studio leadership must be managing care calls to get members active

 Consistently review the ‘Outstanding Series’ report to track package holders that have not been active or have sessions left to use. Studio leadership must call to pre-book classes and get members active
