How to make an appeal for a special authorization that is not approved
If they want to make an appeal or wants to speak to someone about the decision you can transfer them to AB PHARMACY or write a letter to Alberta Health Care (provide the mailing address). Blue cross is the ones who process the special authorization but Alberta Health is the one who determines the interactive drug benefit list etc. (as per Jordan)
