Why should we care about health and hygiene?

Keeping our bodies healthy is so important so we are able to feel good and do the things we want to do (like go swimming and jump for joy) No one likes to be sick, so being aware of ways to stay healthy is very important!

Does brushing really hard mean that your teeth will be extra clean?

NO!!! Brushing too hard can damage your gums. Instead, brush gently and move the brush in a circular motion.

What should you do more of to make sure your brain stays healthy: video games or walks outside?

Walks outside! Playing video games for a little while each day is perfectly okay- but it is very important to try and get active/ outside everyday!
