For documentation of follow-up and so that we can see notes and updates.

Hearing and vision observations/ screening (if certified); Growth assessment (ht and wt); Blood pressure

12 and 24 month WB. When lead is 4.5 or higher.

When it's a licensing requirement: Up-to-date immunizations; TB risk assessment/ test (if needed); Current WB/Physical (30 of enrollment)

When is the Center Exposure Notice posted and the Exposure to Infectious Diseases notice given to parents?
When it's a confirmed that the child has a communicable disease (not COVID)

What do you need to do when a child has seasonal allergies?
Get doc. note, complete SAP with parent, additional forms, add to list in classroom/review with teaching staff, send to HNC.
