What is economic Stability?
a person's or community's ability to have a steady income and financial resources to pay for basic health needs
What is public Funding?
Receives some type of government funding from start-up to now. Are non-profit
What is Access and quality of health?
Do you have access to a hospital close to you, and if you don't is it a good hospital, is the hospital in good condition?
What is private funding.
Funded by a donor or group of donors initially and can maintain that status, can be profit or non-profit.
What is Neighborhood and Environment?
If you live in an unsafe environment or community, or live in high crime area, if can affect your health and your mental health.
What is Non-Profit?
Any money made above operating expenses must be put back into the system
What is Social and Community?
Having a social circle can impact your mental health, and who you are around. Being social can impact you your mental health positively or negatively.
What is For-Profit?
The founders and shareholders can pocket any money made above operating expenses, they do not have to put money back into the system.
What is Access and Quality to Education.
Disease can impact your education, transportation, living conditions, violence, and bullying. And jobs require education that some people don't have.
What is government- funded
Fully funded and owned by the federal government. (veterans affairs "VA" hospital)
