Our capability to be able to form relationships with those around us. This can also be how we act around others and the way we navigate social situations.

Taking a self assessment every once in a while can improve your health and see what you need to work on. 


How does being unsocially aware lead to missing signals of mental illnesses?

Not recognizing signs of depression, not seeing mood changes, could lead to your friend being in danger. 


What are some signs that you need to improve your physical health?

Not exercising, lack of nutrients, sleep deprived, dehydration

False. Not everyone is socially comfortable being very outgoing and this does not work for everyone. Being in the moment and present while engaging with others is being social and meets those health needs. You just need to be yourself and have fun in life.

This can affect your cardiovascular health, liver  and breathing problems, stroke, and different types of cancer. This can cause you to hurt others and almost take over your mind.


Why is communicating important for your social health?

Talking about problems and being able to express your feeling and thoughts is very important to be able to maintain healthy social habits. Consent is also a big topic that has to do with communicating. If you do not want to do something, make it clear and stand by your statement.

How does stress relate to mental health?

The dictionary definition of stress is "a specific response by the body to a stimulus, as fear or pain, that disturbs or interferes with the normal physiological equilibrium of an organism". Stress can take a toll on your mental health and can also be incorporated into relationships. Stress can be managed with your mental health in a way that is beneficial  to you. Mental health deals with the thinking, behavioral, and emotional side of you and stress directly correlates to that.

Bring them into conversation, invite them to activities, encourage them to be part of the group, etc

Why is mental health so important to take care of?

There can be multiple answers, but a big one is that it affects your entire life. Mental health interacts with all of your different types of wellness. Mental health is your overall well being and you need to take care of it.

It makes you feel good inside, better attitude, exercise increases endorphins, etc

Being alone, not conversing in a group, manipulation, depression, not coming to group functions.
