List and describe the steps of CPR

D- Danger (Check your surroundings for danger)

R- Response (Check the victim for response. You can do this by kneeling by their head, shouting loudly in both ears, and tap them on the shoulders

A- Airways (Check the tube that takes air from the mouth/nose to the lungs) The victims tongue could potentially fall back and and block the airway, possibly leading to suffocation. 

B- Breathing (Keep your hands on the persons head/chin. Position yourself above the persons mouth to feel for breathing use LLF (Look, listen, feel) to check for breathing.

C- Call/ Commence (Call for help, then Commence CPR. Place your hand in the middle of the chest above the xiphoid process and push down with a depth of 5-6 centimeters. Ensure your elbows are locked, and your shoulders are placed above the chest.
