Mental is a stability of the mind and focus, and the aspects of this are solving proublums, accepting change, and being able to be balenced in mind. Another side is emotional health, which means you can control your feelings and recognise them of what they are. You can also let out your feelings to someone trusted. A third side is physical wellness, which means you are pysically fit and the condition of the body is good. Some aspects are playing sports, eating healthy, and having overall wellness. The last side of the square is social, which means your social life and communication with others is good. Having good friends to look up to is key to a good social balance, and being able to communicate well is very big. Wellness is a balance of all four.
