What is Empathy? How do you empathize?

A Bystander is someone who does nothing when they experience someone being bullied, see someone being bullies, hear about someone being bullies, etc.

An Upstander is someone who stands up for the person being bullied, or does something to help with the issue.

Empathy is the ability to share or understand feelings. You empathize by talking to someone if you are feeling something that needs to be handled proffesionally, or talking to someone that needs help o is feeling something that needs to be talked about.
