Contents: Zip-lock bag, gloves, paper towel, 2 cotton balls, band-aid.

A UPK should always be used in it's entirety. Gloves should be worn and paper towels or cotton balls should be used to clean the area when conducting first aid before applying a band-aid. After conducting first-aid, all trash should be placed back into the plastic zip-lock back before discarding.

Before and after meals tables and counters should be washed with Lysol and a paper towel. After being cleaned with Lysol, Bioesque should be used to disinfect the tables. After the 2 minute wait time, excess bioesque should be wiped off with a papertowel.

Non-prescription medications should always be labeled with a child's first and last name and stored in a locked cabinet out of reach of children. A valid (ie. not expired) authorization form must be on file in order for non-prescription medications to be administered at school

False. Only one student may independently use the bathroom a venture classroom. Once more than one student is in the bathroom, teacher supervision is required.
